copy of the common judgment dated 23.8.2023 passed in WP.No. 13774/2019. To set aside the order dated 23.8.2024 in WP.No. 13774/2019 in so far as the back wages to 50percent from the date of dismissal to the date of reinstatement after deducting the 17B wages already paid and not granted full back wages as granted by the Honble Labour Court from the dated of dismissal to the date of award and from the date of award till reinstatement and thus render justice.
