The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial case in C.C.No.299 of 2015, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter is of the year 2015, thus he opposed to grant any specific time limit.

4. Considering the submission on either side, the learned Judicial Magistriate, Thiruvottiyur is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.209 of 2015 and complete the same as early as possible.
