ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 14.03.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for sanction of educational loan to pursue the Law course during the academic year 2022 - 2027.

When this writ petition came up for hearing on 23.06.2025, this Court directed the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank to take instructions and directed the matter to be listed for hearing today. 3.
When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank submitted that the petitioner has been asked to submit certain documents before the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner can appear before the 2nd respondent and submit all the relevant documents and that the application will be scrutinised and dealt with in line with the guidelines.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents. If the 2nd respondent has any query, the same can be clarified from the petitioner and a decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
