The situation is slightly different today, as Mr.S.Elango, learned counsel is before this Court on behalf of counsel on record for first respondent, but that does not save the day for the petitioner, as there is no representation for petitioner in this third consecutive listing also notwithstanding instant OP being listed under the caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
