ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry in Crime No.381 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that as against one S.Ramachandran and others, he has lodged a complaint with the third respondent on 06.03.2015 and the same was registered as FIR in Crime No.381 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 465, 468, 471, 506 (i) and 420 IPC, as per the direction of this Court dated 17.04.2015 passed in Crl.OP.No.9668 of 2015. Though the complaint was registered on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

31.08.2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the First Information Report in pending from the year 2015, this Court directs the respondents to conduct investigation and file final report in Crime No.381 of 2015 pending on the file of the third respondent, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
