PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members and consequently direct the respondent Police to investigate and take appropriate action on the complaints of the petitioner dated 20.04.2023 and 21.04.2023.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with Crime No. Not known of 2023 pending on the file of Respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocaet (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
