2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Priya, wife of the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending.

4. Under such circumstances, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the police, when they make enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
