ORDER

Ms.P.Koteeswari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Y.Jyothish Chander, learned counsel for the 1st respondent also present through video conference. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. A Memo was filed by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent to the effect that the suit was dismissed for nonprosecution as early as on 11.10.2023.

3. Along with the memo, C.I.S., down loaded copy is enclosed, wherein, suit in O.S.No.16 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram filed by the plaintiff Mr.B.Sridhar against Mr.V.Renganathan was dismissed on 11.10.2023 for non-prosecution. The present revision petition is filed by the plaintiff Mr.B.Sridhar against the order passed in I.A.No.44 of 2019 filed under Order 2 Rule 2 of CPC. 2/4

The suit itself was dismissed for non-prosecution long before.

4. In view of the above said circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
