This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 5.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5616 of 2024 dated 08.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30a.m. for a period of Four (4) months.
