The petitioner herein is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.7 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022. Since the police has not completed the investigation, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on instructions states that investigation completed and the complaint is closed as " mistake of fact". He further states that within a period of 15 days RCS Notice will be served to the complainant and the matter will be reported to the concerned Magistrate.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
