No.804 of 2017 MSM SDC relating to notice in Form No.1 issued under Rule 4 of the Tamil Nadu Stamp (Prevention of under valuation of Instruments) Rules 1968 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the document of sale deed dated 27.03.2017 registered as document No.573/17 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to quash the notice in Form No.1 in C. Pa. No. 804 of 2017 MSM SDC passed by the First Respondent dated 24.04.2017 and direct the Second Respondent to release the document of sale deed dated 27.03.2017 registered as Document No. 573/17.

Mr. T.M. Pappiah, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner on 08.08.2019 has received Document No. 573 of 2017 after paying the required stamp duty and registration fees and he has filed a memo to that effect, which is recorded. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
