ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2082 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020, has directed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. Now, this petition has been filed to relax the above condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly till today and hence, prayed to relax above condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had complied the condition regularly till 31.03.2020 and thereafter, from 04.08.2020, he has been complied the condition till date.

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2082 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
