ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the fifth anticipatory bail application. There is no change in facts situation for granting the relief of anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused has been released on anticipatory bail.
3. Be that as it may, the allegations against the petitioner is that he had abducted the defacto complainant and kept him in illegal detention for two days and had extorted from him.
4. In such view of the matter, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
