PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without due processes of law to secure the ends of justice.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that one Chirsty @ Christober, who is the son of first petitioner and husband of the third petitioner was employed as Sales Executive in JIO Centre Reliance, JIO Infocomm Ltd., under one S.K.Gobinath S/o.Sampath, S.K.Stationeries and Book Store at No.3/7D, Kooja Complex Road, Near Bus Stand, Vaniyambadi. He further submitted that the petitioners came to know that the said employer gave a complaint against the said Chirsty @ Christober and based on the said complaint, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners and hence he requests to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the employer of the said Christy @ Christober gave a complaint against him and only for enquiry purpose, the petitioners were called and not subjected to any harassment. 4.If any complaint is received against the said Christy @ Christober and the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence, it is open to the second respondent to register a case against him and proceed in accordance with law. Admittedly, no complaint is received against the petitioners herein and in the said circumstances the second respondent should not harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
