ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 366 and 109 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have abducted the defacto complainant's minor daughter.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.5338 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5338 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
