..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent viz., the Commissioner, Arakkonam Municipal Office, Arakkonam, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to execute registered sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the said house site HIG No.18, as early as possible.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to execute and register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the house site property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, he has paid the entire sale consideration in respect of the house site more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition to the fourth respondent. According to the petitioner, till date, the fourth respondent has not executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner had given a representation on 10.11.2025 requesting the fourth respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025, as stated supra, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 seeking for execution and registration of sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the house site more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
