ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 6th respondent based on the petitioners representation dated 23.6.2021.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the 6th respondent, against whom the representation was given, had passed away. When such being the case, since the representation was filed only to take action against the 6th respondent, who is a dead person, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, he requests this Court to close this petition.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this writ petition is closed.
