This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 25.09.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 25.09.2015 by post to the first respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
