ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from interfering with the Civil dispute pending between the parties.

2. It is seen from records that already a Civil suit is pending before the Court in C.S.No.142 of 2019 between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6. That apart, there are two other civil suits pending in O.S.No.6001 of 2018 and O.S.No.142 of 2019, between the same parties. The entire dispute has to be resolved only in the said civil suit and the police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and to relegate the parties to the Civil Court to redress their grievances. No costs.
