..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 22.10.2013; and direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to duly appoint a Surveyor and effect the measurement of the land mentioned in the accompanying affidavit and further direct the respondent No.3 to provide necessary Police protection during the Survey of the land.
