2. The legal heir certificate issued by the revenue officials has also been enclosed along with the said application.

3. From perusal of the same, the proposed respondents are only shown as the legal representatives of the sole respondent, hence there is no impediment in allowing the said application.

4. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments.

5. Post the main writ appeal after two weeks.
