ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 20.04.2022.

The case of the petitioner is that she had purchased the property in Government Punjai Survey No.364, Comprised New Survey No.179/2, to an extent of 1 acre 33 cents, situated at Maligaimedu Village, Panrutti Taluk, which was registered by way of Sale Deed, dated 15.11.1990, vide Reg.Doc No.1444/1990, on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Panrutti. Subsequent to the purchase of the aforesaid property, the petitioner is in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same, without any hindrance. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 20.04.2022 before the respondents, seeking to measure, survey and fix boundary stones in respect of the aforesaid property. As the said representation made by the petitioner has evoked no

response from the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court, issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
