Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation dated 10.04.2021 within stipulated time as prescribed by this Court and directing them to pass an appropriate order on merits based on the petitioners representation dated 10.04.2021.

ORDER

1.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

2.

Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioners have filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of their representation dated 10.04.2021 on merits and to pass appropriate orders on the same.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before it.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim made by them in their representation, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 10.04.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners herein.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
