The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's property in Old Survey No.613/6 New S.No.439/7, East Ramapuram Village, Cuddalore Taluk and also plant survey stones therein in the petitioner's above property comprised in Natham patta No.436.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject properties and he made representation dated 27.04.2022 to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the properties and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to

consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
