3. Learned Government Pleader states that the authorities will look into the aspect of ownership of the land - whether it is actually a public property and if it is so found, action would be taken in accordance with law, subject to any Court interdict passed.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
