ORDER

The petitioner is the owner of the land. The petitioner gave a representation on 01.06.2015 stating that the patta stands wrongly issued in respect of S.Nos.124 etc. of Vellanur village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2015, an enquiry has been conducted. However, no final order has been passed. Therefore, seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass an order with regard to transfer of patta, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and if any aggrieved parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (or) within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner enclosing the copy of the above said representation. No costs.
