O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the de-facto complainant to direct the respondent police to file a Final Report at early in Crime No.194/2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused persons have committed offences under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468,471 r/w Section 120(B) of IPC and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 29.05.2017. After the preliminary enquiry, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.194/2018 on 16.05.2018.

Thereafter, the respondent has not taken any steps to arrest the accused and investigated the matter and hence he requests to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report at early.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is in progress and already the documents were sent to the Forensic Laboratory and report not yet received https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from Forensic Laboratory. She further submitted that after receipt of the report from the Forensic Laboratory, the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within a short period.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
