Writ Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to revoke the suspension made in Na.Ka.No.E1-1989-2019 dated 11.02.2020 by considering his representation dated 01.03.2020.

ORDER

This matter is taken up through Web hearing. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that vide proceedings dated 18.09.2020, the impugned suspension order has been revoked by the Authority. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the above statement of the learned Government Advocate may be recorded and also would request this Court to direct the Authority concerned to consider the payment of subsistence allowance which was due and payable to the petitioner during the period of his suspension.

3.Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. However, the Authority is directed to process the claim of the petitioner towards payment of subsistence allowance during the period of his suspension. The respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 4.Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
