This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents as legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant.

2. As a matter of fact, in the application as originally filed, it was stated that the respondents 10 - 21 are the legal representatives.

3. However, the application were resisted regarding the locus of the respondents Nos.10 - 17 and 20 - 21.

4. An order had been passed after hearing both the learned counsels on 02.11.2022.

5. It was found that only respondents 18 and 19, can be considered to be the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

6. Notice was directed. Notice had been served.

7. The learned counsel states that he would enter appearance on behalf of the respondents 18 and 19 who are now re-arranged as respondents 10 and 11.

8. The other respondents not being necessary parties were struck off from the array of parties.

9. Necessary amendment has also been carried out in the Judges summons in application.
