No.479 of 2019:- Original application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an Order of Interim Injunction restraining the Respondents, their men and agents, servants, associated, affiliates, employees, companies, officers, partners or anybody claiming under their name or on their behalf from in any manner alienating the goods/stocks of materials set out in the schedule I hereunder.
These original Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:

2. The earlier order dated 29.04.2019 is extended by four weeks and the parties are directed to workout their remedies before the Arbitral Tribunal, which is already said to have been constituted.
