This petition has been filed to direct the respondent the Inspector of Police, V-7, Nolambur Police Station, Chennai - 037 to register the complaint dated 30.06.2015 and enquire and take action as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondnet.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint has been sent by post and there is no proof that police have received the same.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the respondent police and on such receipt, the respondent police shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
