Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.J.KINGSLY SOLOMON, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2625 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.631 of 2020, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
