O R D E R
The respondent in H.M.O.P.No. 160 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court at Trichirappalli, is the petitioner in this transfer petition.
2. The respondent filed the proceedings before the Family Court praying for a decree of divorce.
3. The petitioner has come up with this Transfer Petition on the ground that being a resident of Chennai, it would not be possible for her to defend the proceedings pending before the Family Court at Tiruchirappalli.

The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the proceedings to the Family Court at Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner is a permanent resident of Chennai. The proceedings are now pending before the Family Court at Tiruchirappalli. Since the respondent has no objection in transferring the proceedings, this Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed.

In the result, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No. 160 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court at Tiruchirappalli and is transferred to the file of Principal Family Court at Chennai.

The learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai, is requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
8. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
