ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction, directing the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.860 of 2019 dated 22.06.2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered the complaint in Crime No.860 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2019 and after registering the FIR, the respondent police completed the investigation and closed as mistake of fact on 29.10.2019, and also referred charge notice was served to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Judicial Magistrate concerned, as against the referred charge sheet notice, if so advised.
