ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in the order dated 06.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.35749 of 2025, as modified by order dated 12.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.4688 of 2026, directing the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent would strongly oppose the relaxation application on the ground that the petitioner is a resident of Rajasthan. Therefore, if the condition is relaxed, there is every possibility of the petitioner absconding once again.

3. Such contention of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) cannot be out-rightly denied. However, to balance the prayer made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the order dated 06.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.35749 of 2025, as modified by order dated 12.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.4688 of 2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Trial Court on alternate days, until further orders'
