O R D E R

The wife is the petitioner seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.272 2014 pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem filed by the husband under Section 13(1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce.

As the wife is living in Ooty, she has expressed her difficulty to go to Salem for each of the hearing. Hence, she sought for transfer.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-wife and the learned counsel for the respondent-husband. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband contended that he has got life threat, if he goes to Ooty, as the petitioner has got political influence. The respondenthusband is living in Salem. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and as agreed by both the counsels, the F.C.O.P.No.272 of 2014 may be transferred to the place other than either Ooty or Salem. Accordingly, it is understandable that Tiruppur would be centre place where both the parties can https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

travel. With the consent of both the learned counsels, F.C.O.P.No.272 of 2012 pending on the file of the Famiily Court, Salem is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur.

In view of the above, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
