This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2013 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.260 of 2015 before the second respondent and he further submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
