Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition of directing the Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000 (Rupees Six Lakhs Only) passed in Crl.OP.No.11464 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 to the credit of Cr.No.677 of 2021 and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.E.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed on him by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11464 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 to the credit of Cr.No.677 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to modify the earlier order passed by this Court with regard to the deposit of Rs.6,00,000/- , but, on seeing the facts that while granting anticipatory bail, at his consent only, he has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-. Accordingly, the petition was ordered. Now, he wants to modify the said condition is not a justifiable one. 3.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
