The learned Special Government Pleader has forwarded instructions from the Pension Pay Officer dated 23.07.2025 and also enclosing proceedings of the Senior Accounts Officer(Legal Cell) of the office of the Principal Accountant General, Accounts and Entitlement in Tamil Nadu dated 16.06.2025 indicating that the entire arrears had been credited to Account No.462518493 in Indian Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch to an amount of Rs.2,23,025/-. The calculation slip has also been given, which is about the pension arrears and the supplementary arrears. The monthly pension should now continue to be paid to the petitioner herein.

2. Recording the instructions and the documents filed, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected application is also closed.
