When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. She has also made the following endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The Transfer C.M.P may be dismissed as nothing survives in the matter and the petitioner is also died."

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the endorsement was made, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
