A memo has been filed stating that the 1st respondent had died a spinster and her brother / 2nd respondent is the only surviving legal representative. The memo is taken on file and the death of the 1st respondent is recorded and the 2nd respondent has been recorded as the legal representative of the 1st respondent.
3. Notice has been received by the 2nd respondent. However, he has not entered appearance. Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
