PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025 and to conduct a detailed enquiry with regard to the issuance of Patta No 9425 in S.No 153/2A measuring an extent of 0.33 cents and consequently to issue a corrected patta in petitioner's name and to remove the name of the 6th respondent in the same. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct a detailed enquiry with regard to issuance of Patta No.9425 in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayed to this Writ Petition and consequently, to issue a corrected patta in the name of the petitioner by removing the name of the 6th respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit on instructions that it would be suffice if a direction is issued by this Court to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 06.12.2024 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the 6th respondent, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court in this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 06.12.2024, after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
