The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to execute the warrant issued in S.T.C.No.10 of 2011 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Hosur and secure the accused. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Hosur, in S.T.C.No.10 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the respondent police for identifying the accused.
