(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the impugned notice dated 16th April, 2015 issued under Section 13 (2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, is being withdrawn.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
