This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of this petitioner in C.C.No.1377 of 2020 on the file of the Learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, filed by the respondent/defacto complainant and taking cognizance for the offence under Sections 50(1) for the violation of 1)section 44 Rule 5(5) read with section 53(1) and 2) section 39(1) Rule 210(1)(a)(b) and Rule 210(7) read with section 53(1) of BOCW Act and TNBOCW Rules and further for an offence under section 47(1) for violation of 3) section 40(1)(2)(n) Rule 47(1) read with section 53(1) of BOCW Act and TNBOCW Rules against the petitioner.
