ORDER

Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner said to have purchased a property for plot bearing No. 9A, Door No.5/260 Annai Therasa Street, Prem Nagar Extention, measuring to an extent of 1331 sq.ft. situated in Old Survey No.37/2B and New Survey No.37/2B1D2, Pozhichalur, Alandur Taluk, Chennai-74. The petitioner made a representation on 06.07.2015 seeking issuance of patta in his name, which according to him, said the original name of the vendor. As the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 06.07.2015, without going into the merits of the case, it is open to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on both the petitioner or any other third party, if so required and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of the representation dated 06.07.2015 along with this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
