ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Mr.Rajesh, the learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3.

2.Raising objection to the proposed establishment of the garbage godown, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 17.07.2019. Seeking appropriate action on the said representation, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3.Taking note of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, we are inclined to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
