ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take the complaint dated 03.10.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and to direct the respondents to register FIR against the accused Viz., Dr.Ashokan and Dr.V.L.Subhashini, investigate and file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against her parents. The complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence and no positive directions can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
