The schedule 2 shall be amended to the extent highlighted herein below: An extent of 18.1 Ares of property known as "Pooppattakudiyiruppu" middle portion including house and compound, East-west 63.40xSouthNorth 28.00, from the north eastern portion - East West 4.60Xsouth-North 5.40, including a well in the property in metre measurements. Survey No.81/3-86 cents, Survey No.81/4-67 cents (part of this property total extent 45 cents of property with tiled roof house numbered VI/670 from Nellaya Panchayat), in Nellaya Panchayat, Nellaya Village, Pattambai Furka in Ottapalam Taluk, Cherpusassery Sub District, Pallakad District, Kerala, as per sale deed dated 15.04.1998 registered as Document No.1013/1 of 1998 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Cheruplassery, Kerala.
