Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order dated 22.02.2024 in Na.Ka.No.21/2024/RV1, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to restore the petitioner to duty and to pay him the salary and all other consequential benefits for the period from the date of his suspension till he is getting reinstated, by treating the said period as duty for all purposes.

ORDER
The Writ Petition challenges the order of suspension dated 22.02.2024. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents/corporation produced an order dated 25.04.2024, in and by which, the impugned order of suspension has already been withdrawn. The respondents themselves have acknowledged that Rs.10/- was collected only to the BUY BACK SCHEME and withdraw the order of suspension. Therefore, needless to mention that the petitioner will be re-instated and he will be granted all the consequential benefits.
